1099 Electronic File Request error

I am trying to run a test file for 1099 Electronic File to submit to the IRS site.  I keep getting the attached error about the printer and the style not matching.  I found a KB doc that said to change the colun setting on the concurrent program definition which I did (that screen is also attached) but that did not solve the issue.  As always, any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
