Open UI - 8.1.1.11.3 - List applets are not displaying correctly

Hi,

We have uploaded our development environment to 8.1.1.11.3 from 8.1.1.7 & enabled Open UI. The application looks okay; however the list applets at the end looks cropped / chipped in any browser I access the application in.

Applets looks okay on high interactivity mode (8.1.1.11.3). I have tried IE 9, Chrome as well as Firefox; but list applet at the end looks odd in Open UI. I am attaching the screen shots from different browsers.

Please let me know if anyone have seen this issue or have any suggestions to resolve this.
