Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Switching noarchivelog to archivelog If it is possible to tell WHEN it was done?

Is there any way to tell, when a database was switched from noarchivelog mode to archivelog mode.

I am not asking, if it was done, I am more interested in WHEN it was done.
