thin client - web client got jde.ini ?

Hi, kindly clarify if those thin client which has no fat client installed has JDE.ini in the C:\windows  ?

If turn on the debug log in the row exit menu advanced for certain UBE processing, can i still get the debug log in c:\ or UBE debug log in the printqueue fiolder?
