How to call an RDF from PL/SQL

Database version 10.1.2.2I have a working RDF which outputs a PDF file. I would like to call this RDF similar to the way I do it from within Forms, but from PL/SQL, as I would like to create a trigger to run the RDF to create a PDF which will be emailed.

I cannot seem to find an Oracle Reports community.
