Can I Add Date checking on credit check hold?

Dear Communities,
Can I Add Date for checking on credit check hold? so except credit limit it also check for date. if the transaction date exceed the credit check date , the transaction will hold.
Is it possible to run like that? or do you have any suggestion for my issue? please Advise.
