Cannot apply SWSE in 8.1.1.11

Hello,

I am attempting to apply a SWSE Logical profile on one of our web servers outside our firewall. This is for one of our customer facing apps.

During the apply process, I get the error:

"Siebel Configuration Wizard failed with error. Please see the log files for details"

However, there is no log file generated at all.
