Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. provide procedure run history for DB, such like start procedure from which account, terminal, running time and so on,

Any one suggest from where can we get the information or any query.
