Multi Buy promotion with 3 Buy lits

I have a set of some items i want to create a multibuy promotion as
Buy 1@15
Buy 2 @25
Buy 3 @35

Does it support in RPM and POS. and how should i create it.

I have tried with 3 Buy list having same items and apply rewards to each buy lists with or condition...
as
Qty=1 BuylIst 1
Reqwrd type fixed price 15

or

Qty=2  Buylist 2
Rwd type Fixed price 25

or

Qty 3 Buylist 3

Rwd type Fixed price 35

and i approved it ..
after running ORPOS Publish batch ..it didn't populated in RPM_ORPOS_CMPLX_PROMO_PUBLISH table.

Please suggest is this supports if yes then how..
