Copying Budget Ledger to Forecast Ledger

We are new to E1 9.1.

Would appreciate a recommendation for the best method to copy F0902 BA/BU Ledger amounts to another Ledger (QA/QU), which we use for Forecast amounts. Copy would need to be done for numerous JDE companies.
