APEX LDAP Connect String

We are building an APEX application and would like to authenticate with Active Directory. Here Login name is used as SAMAccount Name. Kindly let us know how to form the connect string.

eg

OU=Users,OU=XXX,DC=extra,DC=XXX,DC=local'. Login name is stored in attribute SamAccountName

OU=Users,OU=XXX,DC=kv,DC=local'. Login name is stored in attribute SamAccountName.
