R12.1.1 : Application Diagnostics not showing any application

Hi,
In our ERP R12.1.1 we are getting trouble to open Application Diagnostics
To resolve we are following this note Unavailable Diagnostic Tests after Upgrade to E-Business Suite Release 12 - No Application Selected is displayed (Doc ID 1134063.1).
After the application of 1st patch :

A)  One of the causes may be the wrong addiag.ldt version :

Confirm the following file version: ad patch/115/import/US addiag.ldt 120.0.12010000.1 (or higher)

This can be checked with the following command :     

   adident Header $AD_TOP/patch/115/import/US/addiag.ldt

To avoid this issue apply patch 8925215 "1OFF:12.1.1:NO APPLICATION SELECTED".


AD application is showing in the list, but when we select it, it doesn't show any other list. Then we proceeded to D)  Another cause may be the DiagnosticsPatchingCP.java 120.0.12010000.4 version, per bug <> NO DIAGNOSTIC TESTS SHOWN AFTER UPGRADE FROM 11.5.10.2 TO 12.1.2.
