Re: Batch processing of orders

Hi,

CRM submits 'n' number of orders to OSM(batch processing).

If any one of the order got failed during the order progress,will OSM creates a trouble ticket for only that particular order or will create trouble tickets for all 'n' orders.

Also, what happens to the orders which are not failed, will they continue with further processing or all orders will be failed or will be on hold till the trouble ticket is resolved.
