Quote header status changes automatically to "Customer Accepted" eventhough we have not done any cus

Hi

We are using OM Quote finctionality. Defined Quote Header transaction type with Negotoation flow "Negotiation Flow - Generic with Approval"

When we are trying to do customer acceptance from "Actions", system giving an message "No workflow has been assigned to this transaction type" and when we click "OK" in this message, the quote header status changes automatically to "Customer Accepted" eventhough we have not done any customer acceptance.

What is the issue here?
