Installation issues again

Hello all

I had a requirement to add additional language packs to a Siebel 8.1.1.9 implementation.  After research and reaching out here, I learned that I had to uninstall the 8.1.1.9 patch and revert back to the 8.1.1.0 base, then I could add the languages and reapply the 8.1.1.9 patch.  When I tried to uninstall the patch, the uninstall routine did not behave anything like what was explained to me and totally corrupted the entire Siebel installation. My only resort was to manually remove the installation fro the server and start over with a new install.  I am usine a Windows 2008
