Upgrade Xsigo Fabric Manager 4.1.1 to Oracle Fabric Manager 4.2.0

HiTrying to upgrade Xsigo Fabric Manager 4.1.1 on CentOS 5.5 32-bit, to Oracle Fabric Manager 4.2.0, the upgrade does not complete, and the Service cannot start
Upgrade or Uninstall4.1.1/Install 4.2 gives the same results

I upgraded with no problem from 4.0.2 to 4.1 to 4.1.1, and restarted the XFM Server with each step, but the last to 4.2.0 do not succeed.

the download package is xsigo-xms-4.2.0_OFM-1.noarch.rpm

I also tried to install a more recent versin of JRE before the upgrade (1.6u45), but same issue : Cannot Find JRE

Failed - counldn't find JRE
error: %post(xsigo-xms-4.2.0_OFM-1.noarch) scriptlet failed, exit status 1

Please do you have any advices to have OFM working ?
