The system can not find a valid account for the specified Bill-To/Ship-to Address:3601 Janus Street
While shipping one item from Depot repair, when clicked on book getting note"he system can not find a valid account for the specified Bill-To/Ship-to Address:3601 Janus Street: The transaction has been aborted based on the setting the profile: "Service : Action or missing Account/Account site changes" and after that not able to proceed further to book the order. Order is still in Entered status and sales order is not generating.
Service request is created for one customer with account XXX, bill to address is the address of the customer, but ship to address is Org address. So I mapped that org address to this particular customer under relation ship and checked the address is Ship to.
