Asset not generating PM Work Orders since October 2013

Problem Statement as reported by the users - Oracle EAM will not allow any work orders for PM’s to forecast or generate for asset EBF-S8 but asset EBF-S9 is working fine.

 

This is what I looked at so far and have found no reason for the PM to have stopped generating.

 

Assets> View Asset Number> query the asset - everything looked good - The asset was active and maintainable

 

Activity> Activity Workbench> enter Asset EBF-S8> Launch> Results> Asset with Activities> EBF-S8 -- 14 Activities listed for this asset

 

Activity> Organization Activities (Activities have Long Text Attachments) Total of 14 active Activities for this asset
