Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Emulex 16Gb FCoE won't boot

Working on installing the new Emulex 16Gb FCoE. Running into issues, see below. I was hoping someone could get me started if there is something obvious to work on while a begin assembling a SR. Thanks, Dave
Customer followed Release Note instructions and installed Patch 149622-02

I install the patch on Solaris 10. Than reboot the box. Now it is stuck on the Emulex cards and wont even boot in single user
