Requirment to capture items

Hi,

I have one requirement to capture item in inventory module.  Can any one elaborate how to capture this items on inventory. Refer attachment having requirement document.

Each item have different structure. How can I capture multiple structure item in inventory.

ITEM 1 structure - 7 segments

ITEM 2 structure  - 5 segments

ITEM 3 structure - 6 segments
