Patch 17071824:R12.AR.B - Causes ARXRAATR.pll to Fail to Compile

Hi Support,
When applying patch 17071824 the file ARXRAATR.pll fails to compile.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        ARXRAATR.pll

RROR generating library "resource/ARXRAATR.plx" from input file
/kssip/conf/applmgr/R12appl/au/12.0.0/resource/ARXRAATR.pll

Results of library generation:
(from file /kssip/conf/applmgr/R12appl/au/12.0.0/resource/ARXRAATR.err
 AD Worker has deleted the original .err file)
