I am having difficulty launching dbconsole (OEM) from my PC

I am having difficulty launching dbconsole (OEM) from my PC.

I check the db server.

The dbconsole is running. The agent is running with no pending uploads.

Db version is 11.2.0.2 running on SLSE 11 sp2.

When I execute https://hostname.domainname:1158/em/logon

I get can not display web page.
