Sending User Defined Target Properties in SNMP Trap from OEM 12c R2

I would like to send a user defined target property (Line of Business) in an SNMP trap to our Tivoli event monitoring tools.  Is there a way I can do this?  I don't see it in the MIB published in the documentation.  We are running OEM 12c Release 2.

Any help/guidance would be appreciated.
