Issue with BI Publisher for Peoplesoft Financials

I am customizing the delivered Peoplesoft BI Publisher AP checks and am having an issue using call header for my company info on the check.  We have 9 different logos and need 9 different headers to print for the corresponding checks.  I'm not calling the header in a traditional header area on the .rtf template, I'm calling it in the body.  For every defined header, there are 4 lines.  This is only working correctly for 1 company, which incidentally, only has 3 address lines, so the top row of the template header is blank.  For all other headers, there are
