Easy way of updating Responsibilities/Menu

Hi,

Normally when we create new responsibilities in test instance, we can use FND Load to upload the smae in Production instead of creating them manually.

Similarly if there is a need to update existing Responsibilities like if we need to add new Menu or Functions is there any way we can do it through FND Load??
