Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi

Seeking assistance to find out if anyone has experienced the following symptoms when adding a vendor on-line:

- The CREATED_DTTM & CREATED_BY_USER fields are not being populated in VENDOR record when a Vendor is added on-line

Could this be bug related as all other fields such as LAST_ACTIVITY_DT, ENTERED_BY, etc are being populated properly?
