How to define Multiple Get Product in Modifier

Hi
Any one help the below requirement.

We have Three products, Item A,B and C. Item A is Buy Product and Item B and C is Get Product.

Requirement

If Customer buy Item A he is eligible to get free Item B or C, While book the sales order the user has to select Free Item manually Item B or C(Any One only)

How to Define Modifier for this Requirement?
