Bogus JE after running Manufacturing accounting R31802A multiple times

 Have anyone tried running R31802A mutliple times?  I understand from the manual that eventough you submit the job, it should not have any transactions as the values in the CTS* fields have been cleared.  I have client running on E9.0 where bogus JE was created for 'IH' and 'IS' transactions when submitting R31802A multiple times.
