Corrupted Trail & PURGEOLDEXTRACTS

Hi,

We had a corrupted trail on the target side, most likely because of disk space issue. After the space issue was resolved, further trail fles were created but we came to know that this particular trail file (rt000186) was corrupted only when replicat got stuck with error "OGG-01028  Incompatible record (102)". The size of that trail on target was 44M whereas on source it was 95M. On source, the error was: Scan failed in trail file

So clearly, the file was not transferred completely. We checked for that trail with logdump and it did show a bad record.

We tried renaming the trail on target but then pump errored with: Failed to open target trail file
