How to enter the journals in GL to make them appear in the Financial Tax Register report?

 Hi,
Is there any specific information that need to be entered in the GL journals so that when the Financial Tax Register report is submitted for GL transactions the report shows the information?

At the moment I cannot get any data in the report when I select GL and was wondering whether I am missing something.
