I want apply patch 1437458 Intermittent Oracle Reports REP-0069: REP-57054: Error (Doc ID 1237834.1

Hi,
I have never applied patches to oracle reports that why I need advice and  please check my action plan.
Patch 14374587 is for
# Product Version # : 10.1.2.3.0 # Product Patched : REPORTS

EBS 12.1.3

$ORACLE_HOME/bin/rwrun | grep Release
REP-0503: You did not specify the name of a report.
Report Builder: Release 10.1.2.3.0 - Production on Wed Jan 29 10:56:28 2014

If I understand correctly this patch includes previous patches and I do not have to apply previous patches. I have to apply only 1437458?
Product reports is in oralce_home 10.1.2 that why I have to use opatch apply in this oralce_home?
