Position Hierarchy

 Hi,

We have a  position hierarchy has three approvers A,B,C.Every time A will forwards Purchase order to B, if B is not approving that Purchase order with in 1 day time, it should forward the purchase order notification to C and that notification need to wait until C respond to that.Please let us know is there any standard functionality to achieve this requirement( in my case Timeout Functionality will not work,because purchase order notification need to wait until c response to that.It should not get approved automatically)
