Data in not reaching in Payload

Hi,
Our RPM Version is 13.1.2.4
We ran injector and data is not reaching in payload tables...
Records are at zone level in staging tables and all are ranged to locations in item loc rpm_item_loc and rpm_future_retail.
our records are getting approved by injectors,it is getting populated in main tables i.e rpm_price_change,rpm_clearance.

Can anyone let me know why records are not reaching in payload tables...what are other conditions should met in order to populate data in payload tables.
