I have sql_id, but I can't find sql text

Hi,

In OEM performance finding details and top sql statements, I find one sql which has the issue. It showed me the sql id, but no sql text.

I check all the awr report and search this sql_id in the reports, but I couldn't find. Do you know why and how I can find related sql text for this id?
