12.1 DB no longer has the EXFSYS schema?

 We have started installing RDBMS 12.1 for testing and I've noticed that the EXFSYS schema, that we had in 11.2.0.4, was not created (usually creates during catproc.sql). However, I've been unable to see any oracle docs saying that exfsys has been depricated.  I also looked at the scripts in rdbms\admin and see the exfsys create scripts for 10g and 11g (version number is in the file name) but don't see one for 12c.
Anybody know what's happened to the EXFSYS schema?  In the mean time, I'll go back and look at my catproc output and see if I see any exfsys create errors.
