Required Fields not being required depending on a set of criteria. Is this possible?
My company uses distributors and direct end-users for leads. On the lead page, we have a section for end-user information and a section for distributor information. We have certain fields required in both sections, but if for example the lead is an end-user, then the required fields in the distibutor section are not necessary. Obviously the CRM still requires some value in the required fields. Is there something we can do, for example creating a check box that says distributor and one that says end-user, and creating a workflow where if one box is checked, the required fields for the
