Blinking Processing -

Not sure if I( chose the right community so here goes.     Every once in a while when a user is doing a find on a screen,   they get up in the top right hand corner the word Processing (blinking)   It doesn't seem to find anything even though it should.  They then cancel and get right out of everything.  When they go back in,  it usually works.   There has been occasions where the user has to do this more than once.    What I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there was some setting or anything else
