Mobile putaway error

In a test environment which has been recently cloned, I am not able to complete a mobile receipt putaway using "Move Any LPN".  I am getting the message 'The task errored out while processing.  Do you want to continue with the next task?'.  However, if I use "Move Any LPN" to move an LPN that is already in inventory, then I do not get the error. 

Any ideas how to fix this problem?
