add a zpool to a zone on solaris 11 still requires zone's reboot?
Hi all,
I have a M500 with SunOS 5.11 11.1 sun4u sparc SUNW,SPARC-Enterprise running on my global zone. I have a non-gzone running with some datasets. Adding a new dataset is not visible to the zone. Do I need to reboot the zone to see new filesystem in the zone? I already done the steps in zonecfg. Here is what I have
zonecfg:zone1> add dataset
zonecfg:zone1>dataset=stgdb1_scandoc-pool
zonecfg:zone1>end
dataset:
name: stgdb1_u005-pool
alias: stgdb1_u005-pool
dataset:
name: stgdb1_scandoc-pool
alias: stgdb1_scandoc-pool
I can not see the new dataset stgdb1_scandoc-pool.
