Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

We maintain 100's of oracle databases for our customers, we have a portal front end, where our customers can pull out some basic reports on their database.

We are adding one more feature on this portal, for our customers to be able to see, how is the performance of their database, by adding some Key Performance Indicators.

We will be pulling these indicators from AWR report.

Can someone help me what basic KPI's we can provide so that they can see the performance of their database, it doesn't have to be too complex.
