FRM-40654: Record has been updated.Requery block to see change

Hi,

When i tried to apply one transaction to cash receipt it was showing an error like FRM-40654: Record has been updated.Requery block to see change.

If i apply the same it was allowing me.I do not understand why for this receipt is not allowing me to  apply.what to  check.

Please find attached file.

Thanks alot in advance.Please help me out from this.
