Change replication target IP address or hostname

There is a new feature in the ak-2013.1.0.1 release that would be useful for us: Replication - modifiable target IP address

However, I can't find any documentation on how to accomplish this with an existing replication target and I don't see any options on the source appliance in the BUI or CUI to change the hostname or the IP address of the target.

How do you do this? Thanks for any assistance.
