ZFS Appliance Shell failing

We have recently implemented ZFS 7420 NAS system and receiving the following error when logging into ZFS appliance.  Because of this we can not execute ZFS CLI interface.

login as: root
Using keyboard-interactive authentication.

Last login: Wed Jan 29 16:36:55 2014 from 10.144.105.170
aksh: fatal error: no memory

aksh-wrapper: FATAL: The appliance shell failed unexpectedly with error code 1.
Dropping into failsafe shell ...

Any suggestions and/or comments to resolve this will be appreciated.
