Error in creating 2 Employee type Suppliers with same name

All,

We are trying to create 2 Suppliers for our two employees having similar name.

1. We are able create them successfully from front end application.

 2. We are getting errors when using the API (AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG.Create_Vendor).

The first vendor is created successfully but we are getting the following error for the second one:
