Still having problems with install

Hi again,

I am still having problems getting this Siebel server installed.  I was finally able to get past the step of creating the Enterprise in the Gateway.  We resolved that by applying the 8.1.1.9 patch before running the configuration utility. My next step was to create the Siebel server in the Enterprise.  I am running the 8.1.1.9 Siebel Server Configuration utility.  I have answered all of the prompts correctly, but it keeps telling me that "The username or password you have entered is not correct." and I know for a fact that it is correct as I am actually copying and
