HugePages vs. /tempfs

Hello,
Has anyone re-configured an ODA v3-2 to use less /tempfs (50%, or 127G of 256G) and more hugePages that come configured out of the box?  I'd like to increase the SGA footprint on the host to 200G, and thus increase hugePages to 200+G and decrease /tempfs (/dev/shm) to 50% of the remaining memory, or 27G.
