Inactivating in mass - Customer Information

I have been asked to ceate a method for deactivating customers and all information pertaining to a customer for a group of customers.  I was asked to make this a reuseable process.  The information they want inactivated is as follows (per customer) .  We need to make sure that all account relationships, account sites, account contacts, accounts, party contact points, party addresses, party relationships, and party records are inactivated so that we don’t leave any active data points on an otherwise inactive record. I am wondering what series of API's are availabe to inactivate each one of these types of records.  I would assume other oracle shops have asked for this and are currently doing this - no?
