Play sound file through Siebel CTI layer so that customer can hear it

Using Siebel CRM 8.1 Financial vertical, I have a requirement to trigger a sound file to play.  Customer needs to hear the file, so cannot just be a sound played on call center agent's computer, I think it would need to play through CTI toolbar.

We have long message that our call center agent is required to read to the customer in the middle of a sale call flow.  Our business is looking to have have way for agent to trigger a pre-recorded version of that message.


Anyone implement anything similar or even related to playing sound files to the user?
