When to upgrade JDE Tools Releases

Hi All,
Our company is on Tools Release 9.1.3.1, which is running quite smoothly.  We typically upgrade our Tools Release every year to align with Oracle's best practices.  I did analysis on our various component versions and their support expirations and don't see a need to upgrade our Tools Release this year.  I'd like to get a feeling from fellow CNC'rs on their thoughts on this.  Do you try to stay "current" each year?  If not, do you run into any issues by not staying current with Tools Releases?
