Complete steps to upgrade from 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11 to enable OPEN UI

Hello Gurus,

Can someone list all steps which are involved to upgrade to 8.1.1.11 innovation pack?
We are on 8.1.1.10 and want to enable OPEN UI after applying 8.1.1.11. Bookshelf is cumbersome which do not help in a particular scenario.

Our Siebel server and tools are on different machines if that makes any difference.

Please list all steps and do not refer any doc ID. I would really appreciate.
